The entire application is online only at neet.nta.nic.in. Follow these three simple steps:

Step 1: Registration & Application Number

Sign up using your own (or your parents') email ID and mobile number. You will receive an OTP for verification. Create a strong password and security question. Once submitted, note down your System Generated Application Number—you'll need this for every future login.

Step 2: Fill the Application Form

This is where you enter your personal details, educational qualifications (Class 10 & 12), and your choice of exam cities.

  • Pro Tip: Choose your Question Paper Medium carefully. If you choose English, you get an English booklet. If you choose Hindi or a Regional Language, you get a Bilingual (English + chosen language) booklet.

Step 3: Upload Documents & Pay Fee

You will need scanned copies of your:

  • Latest Passport size photograph (80% face visible, white background).

  • Postcard size photograph (4”X6”).
